United Kingdom: Enjoy Free Standard Delivery (2-8 business days) on orders over £250. Orders below this amount will incur standard shipping rates.

Europe (EU): Standard Delivery within the EU typically takes 5-10 business days and is subject to a shipping charge of £15. Please be aware that import duties and taxes are not calculated at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.

United States: Standard Delivery to the U.S. takes approximately 5-10 business days and is subject to a shipping charge of £30. Import duties and taxes are not included in the checkout process and will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

International: For standard international delivery, expect a transit time of 5-10 business days at a cost of £30. Import duties and taxes are not calculated at checkout and will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Amayce is not liable for any customs duties or taxes levied on your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages
Amayce cannot be held responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim. Ensure that you retain all packaging materials and damaged items prior to filing a claim.
